Flanges & Fittings

  • Slip on Flanges

Flanges are generally made of stainless steel and carbon steel. Carbon steel flanges are very common, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

  • Weld Neck Flanges

A weld neck flange, also called a tapered hub flange or high-hub flange, is a kind of flange that can relocate stress to the pipes, ensuring a decrease in high-stress concentration at the bottom of the flange

  • Blind Flanges

A blind flange is installed at the end of a piping system to terminate a pipe. It has no centre hole (bore), so there is no flow through the flange. A blind flange may be used for isolating a pipe, valve, or pressure vessel.

  • Socket Weld Flanges

Socket weld flanges have a socket in which a pipe is inserted; the pipe is secured by one fillet weld located on the exterior of the flange hub.

  • Screwed Flanges

They can be joined to a pipe without welding. The bore of Nickel Threaded / Screwed Flanges have threads and can be fitted to pipes that have external threads

  • Packing’s & Jointing’s

Packing’s and jointing’s are a square braided packing manufactured from PTFE fibers that are blended with high-purity graphite, and impregnated with PTFE dispersion and a special lubricant.
