  • Rescheduled it after Cancellation of appointment. 

 

  • Go to the profile and choose cancel option. 
  • After cancelled you will get the cancellation confirmation in your profile. 

 

  • Go to the user profile section after login.
  • Download it from profile section.

 

  • Go to the scan section
  • Choose your package
  • Choose your lab
  • Login Fill personal detail
  • Make payment
  • After confirmation of appointment
  • Visit appropriate Centre for availing services.

  • If the payment is collected by Panacura Healthcare and the service is not availed by the user, the refund payment would be processed within 7 days from our end. Third party payment processor might take some more time (which is not in our control) to process the payment. If Appointment is cancelled within 24 hr, then Payment will be refunded after levied convenience charges. The Convenience Charge is not part of Panacura healthcare, it is levied by Third party Payment processor. After blood sample collected or getting services payment will not be refunded.
  • If You did not get your refund within 10 days then mail us at Info@panacurahealthcare.com or
  • Raise your quarry in Support service after visiting your profile.
  • If payment is done directly to the service provider without consent of Panacura healthcare, Panacura Healthcare is not responsible for the refund. The user needs to request a refund directly from the service provider.
