Cancellation Policy
Panacura healthcare believe into provide quality of healthcare services to our customer. Our payment option is smooth and clear with time bound cancellation policy as per company guidelines.
Cancellation Policy will be acceptable only if Customer informs the company within 24 hrs from the time of booking .Customer can cancel his appointment within limited time period. For doctor consultation user will have to make payment .After confirmation of payment, Appointment will be booked. After payment and taking services of doctor consultation, money will not be returned back.
For Availing laboratory services you have to deposit 100% amount before collecting sample of concerned lab. If payment done by user in advance in Panacura, No cancellation policy will be applied after collecting sample. Before collecting sample, Total deposit money will be refundable as per company policy.
Panacura will not responsible for any kinds of failed transaction. If payment made by customere is failed then money will be returned back to customer in same payment mode within 3 to 9 working days by Bank.
