The N-5 transmitting clamps are used to excite the measuring signal by electromagnetic induction in the tested conductor, among others. in high voltage cables and telecommunications cables. They are connected to the socket in the transmitter. The diameter of the enclosed conductor is a maximum of 125 mm, terminated with 4 mm banana plugs.
